We engage in a variety of programs & projects that are regularly reviewed and updated according to need, relevance and sustainability.

church ministry & planting

Two churches have been planted since 2021 in the villages above Lamosanghu and on the main street in Andheri. After renting space in Andheri, we were able to buy a property in the main shopping district and add on a second and third story, and install additional restrooms. Back-to-back services are held on Saturday mornings with a monthly combined meeting at Lamosanghu. We also provide financial and educational assistance to pastors of other churches in our area.

hope house

Rescuing children, women, and disabled from poverty and abuse by providing temporary living accommodations from a few days to 1+ years. People are free to come and go as their needs change and space becomes available (for no more than ten). We provide a safe environment, good nutrition, discipline, education, life skills, and discipleship. We get kids back into local schools and help them with their schoolwork.

discipleship & leadership development

We help all Christians grow in their faith through services, Bible studies, and home fellowships. We provide training conferences and seminars for church leaders and pastors in cooperation with a seminary in Kathmandu. About a dozen leaders graduated with a 2-year certificate from seminary, and some are continuing on for a 4-year degree.

Heath and Education for Poor and Disabled

We serve many people in very poor, rural communities by providing food and clothing; assistance with school fees and medical bills; building or enhancing their shelters; emergency relief; and providing scholarships to attend college in nursing or other selective professions.

mission trips

We organize and take local volunteers on mission trips. Team members raise their own trip expenses and get to use their skill sets and demonstrate their faith in a “hands on” experience in remote parts of Nepal.

Community Development

We provide seminars and hosting educational opportunities to improve local farming practices in the community. Provide disaster relief after landslides and earthquakes. Assist poor people and churches with adequate shelter.
